Since the entire media world is abuzz with Sivaji news, I think it is time to make a prediction. The movie, by Rajini's standards, will be a flop. Which means, it will make a profit of 30 or so crores. If you rewind back in time, Baba was a flop, as it made a profit of just 20 crores.

Dude, As an ardent fan of superstar, I feel offended!
Going by the media reports, two weeks of tickets are already booked. Any movie which runs for two weeks housefull, would have already broken even!
I am sure the movie will fetch a minimum of 100% profit (i.e. 80 crores profit, assuming 80 crores have been spent in making the movie.)
BTW, the movie is getting released here in Minneapolis for 4 shows on Friday and Saturday. I have booked my tickets for both Friday and Saturday :)
I can't wait to watch Thalaivar on the silver screen!

Romba pesara. FYKI, I am driving almost 800kms to Houston, on a bike, to catch the first day first show ;-)
And idhu yellam ooru prediction thaan. My gut feel is that the hype + Shankar would carry the movie through for atleast 6 or 7 months.
