Gymming Away

So you have wanted to have that killer body but did not know how to proceed ? Here is a solid one year plan for getting a well sculpted body. The best part of this is that, the workouts are intensive, but you do them only three times a week ;-)

    Hi, rajan(SERC) here,
    I just restarted gymming.Thx for the links.
    I was told that "whey protein" is very effective.
    Do you know where I can get it in bangalore?

    Welcome back to gymming. In case you don't get whey protien, you can take raw eggs. They are pretty effective too. And mail me your g-mail id. I have the entire schedule in pdf's so that you can take printout and use it.

    i deleted the e-mail id you posted. i guess you would now have your gmail id full of spam ;-)
    don't post your id that way. If you want post it, do it as a image or something so that the robots cannot find it out.
    Now, you are all set to get mails advertising to increase your (you know what) size ;-)
